The Minox NVD 650 has 6x optical magnification, which can be increased digitally up to 30x if required. The large objective lens diameter of 50 mm ensures high light transmission and thus good resolution and image brightness. In order to extend the range of use up to 350 metres, the built-in infrared illuminator can be switched on if required if the available residual light is no longer sufficient. A mounting rail makes it possible to additionally connect an external illuminator.
A special feature is the built-in camera electronics. Photos or HD videos can be recorded on an SD card and the observations made can be documented. This makes the MINOX NVD 650 the ideal companion for nocturnal wildlife observation in the hunting grounds or for security applications involving the protection of objects and buildings.
