"Bought this jacket to keep me dry at work and in the field. at first i was worried that the material might tear in thick woods but its held up so far and has kept me dry 100%. i wear it over my shirt or over another jacket. Make sure you buy a size bigger than what you wear because it does tend to ride up higher along your stomach if you don't. "This was a good purchase for what I was looking for. I wore this jacket this hunting season through everything from rain and snow to heat and cold. In a hard downpour I felt a little damp but nothing close to wet or cold. This jacket also is as quiet as I needed it to be. I dont know why people said it was noisy. I was able to stalk up to a doe and fawn (15 yards) and they didnt hear me until around 13 yards. So overall I really have enjoyed this jacket but I have one complaint, and that is the length. I am an average guy of 6' and when I wear this jacket it sits above my belt line. When I pull it down its kinda close to where it should be but I walk five steps and its above my belt again. The arms fit great and everything else is comfortable, except the length. I would definitely recommend this jacket though."
